1. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is only confirmed once a signed agreement and deposit have been received.
Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.
The client is responsible for providing accurate event details including location, times, and requirements.

2. Payments

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking.
The balance is due 7 days before the event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed methods.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made in writing.
Deposits are non-refundable.
If cancellation occurs:
- More than 30 days before the event – deposit is retained.
- Within 30 days of the event – 50% of total fee payable.
- Within 7 days of the event – 100% of total fee payable.
Rescheduling may be allowed subject to availability.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client must ensure the venue provides safe and suitable access, adequate power supply, and compliance with noise restrictions.
The client is responsible for obtaining any permits, approvals, or venue permissions required for the event.
The client must ensure no guest or third party interferes with the DJ/MC performance, equipment, or setup, otherwise fee will be occurred.

5. Equipment & Setup

Dare Productions will provide professional DJ, sound, and lighting equipment as agreed.
The client must ensure safe access for setup and pack-down.
Any damage to equipment caused by guests, venue staff, or third parties will be charged to the client.

6. Performance & Timing

Standard performance time is as per booking confirmation.
Overtime may be available at an additional hourly rate, payable immediately.
Dare Productions will make all reasonable efforts to accommodate special requests but does not guarantee specific songs or services unless agreed in writing.

7. Liability

Dare Productions will not be held liable for:
- Event cancellations or interruptions beyond our control (e.g., power outages, weather, venue restrictions).
- Personal injury, loss, or damage to property of the client, guests, or venue.
Liability is limited to the total amount paid for services under this agreement.
If Dare Productions cannot fulfil its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g. illness, the client will be offered rescheduling or a credit towards a future booking.

9. Media & Promotion

Dare Productions reserves the right to take photos or short video clips during the event for promotional purposes, unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the event.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a booking and paying the deposit, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
