1. Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your booking and date.

Deposits may be transferable to another date at Dare Productions’ discretion, subject to availability.
2. Cancellations by Client

Cancellations must be made in writing via email to dareproductions25@gmail.com.

Refunds (excluding deposit) will be provided as follows:

More than 30 days before event - Deposit is retained.

Within 30 days of the event: 50% of the total fee (minus deposit) refunded.

Within 7 days of the event: No refund.

3. Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule an event date. If the new date is available, the booking may be transferred without loss of payment.

If Dare Productions is unavailable on the new date, cancellation terms will apply.
4. Cancellations by Dare Productions

If Dare Productions must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency), the client will receive a full refund of any fees paid, including the deposit.

Alternatively, clients may choose to transfer the booking to a new date if available.

Dare Productions will not be liable for additional costs incurred by the client due to cancellation.
5. Force Majeure

No refunds will be issued for cancellations caused by circumstances outside of Dare Productions’ control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, extreme weather, power outages). In these cases, we will make every effort to reschedule.
6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original method of payment.
